Meet the CEO
Hi, I’m Tara, the founder of It’s Virtually Tara, LLC, and I’m thrilled you’re here! It’s Virtually Tara was born out of my desire to help women entrepreneurs not only scale their businesses but reclaim their time and enjoy the balance they deserve.
A little about my background, I have had a lot of stepping stones in my life that have led me to creating It's Virtually Tara. In College. I worked for a start-up company, LoftSmart, that allowed me to be involved in marketing, customer development, and brainstorming.

I was the Executive Assistant to a CEO of a growing engineering company in Dallas, TX. My role as executive was constantly evolving as the business grew into two separate businesses. I handled various administrative, social media and project management tasks. I also worked as an environmental project manager, coordinating client communications, setting up site-visits, report writing and reviewing, and invoicing.

In my work, I’ve done more than just handle day-to-day tasks; I’ve helped my clients transform how they run their businesses. From setting up systems that simplify operations to managing online communities and ensuring their podcast guest management runs smoothly, I make sure every aspect of their business is running like a well-oiled machine.

​Since starting my Virtual Assistant business, I have worked with 40+ amazing clients on various administrative and social media tasks. It’s wonderful being able to help women scale their business while being able to pursue a work/life balance. And as of 2024, we are now a Boutique Virtual Assistant Agency!
A Glance Into My Life
I’m a dog mom of two golden-doodles (Stella & Azle), wife to an amazing husband (Brandon) and daughter of two loving parents. I lived in Germany for 10 years (dad was in the army) and forever carry a passion to travel and learn new cultures. If I’m not traveling, you’ll find me working out, listening to music (musicals or Eminem I have broad taste in music hahah), or planning my next trip!!

Brittany – Admin & Social Media Guru
Hi, I’m Brittany! After graduating from Georgia Southern University in 2016, I began my career in social work. My journey into virtual assistance started unexpectedly when I served as the head of logistics for a women’s conference at my church. Managing every detail—from decor to vendor coordination—caught the eye of a church member, who asked me to support her women’s empowerment business.

That experience ignited my passion for helping others behind the scenes, and soon I was managing everything from general administration to social media, community management, and event logistics. Whether it was organizing speaking engagements, handling email marketing, or making sure every detail was in place for conferences, I discovered that I loved supporting women in bringing their visions to life.
After gaining valuable experience, I officially launched my own virtual assistant business.
Today, I’m proud to be part of It's Virtually Tara, where I help clients thrive by providing seamless support with admin, social media, and much more.
