Hi, I’m Tara, founder of It’s Virtually Tara, LLC — a Dallas-based content creation and virtual support agency built to help women-owned businesses show up online with clarity, consistency, and confidence.

What started as a virtual assistant business has evolved into a multi-service creative agency, offering premium iPhone content creation, social media systems, automation support, and behind-the-scenes event coverage for brands, coaches, and creatives across Dallas–Fort Worth and beyond.

My Background

​

My career has always lived at the intersection of strategy, systems, and storytelling. In college, I worked for a startup where I was deeply involved in marketing, customer development, and brand growth — experiences that shaped how I approach content and business today.

​

After graduation, I served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of a growing engineering firm in Dallas, where I supported operations across two expanding companies. My role evolved quickly, touching everything from project management and client communication to social media support, invoicing, and process optimization. I also worked as an environmental project manager, coordinating site visits, reports, and client deliverables, sharpening my ability to manage details while keeping the big picture in focus.

Building IVT Today

Since launching It’s Virtually Tara, I’ve worked with 40+ women-owned businesses, supporting them through content creation, community management, social media workflows, and operational systems. Over time, clients began asking for more: more content, more visibility, more behind-the-scenes coverage.

That led to the expansion of the brand into:
