When I started my VA business, I was simply looking for an opportunity to leave my full-time job. I wanted freedom, flexibility, and the chance to build something of my own.

What I didn’t expect? Was to fall head-over-heels in love with this work.

Supporting powerful, visionary women in business?

Helping bring their ideas to life behind the scenes?

I was hooked.

I Love to Say YES But I’m Only One Person

The more my business grew, the more incredible women I got to work with and honestly, I wanted to say YES to all of them. Because when you’re passionate about what you do, turning people away is hard.

But also... I’m human. ONE human. And there’s only so much time in a day!

So I had a decision to make:

Keep maxing out my calendar and energy… or build something bigger that could serve more people, more powerfully.

Why an Agency? Because My Clients Deserve More

This wasn’t about “scaling” for the sake of looking fancy.This was about supporting my clients at a deeper, more sustainable level without running myself into the ground.

I realized I could help people better with a team.

A team meant I could:

• Hire specialized pros to support things like tech, email marketing, design, systems setup—you name it

• Offer a more elevated, done-with-you experience (no more “hope this gets done in time” energy)

• Let each client feel supported by a whole crew of amazing humans—not just me trying to do it all

• Say YES to more dream clients—without dropping the ball or burning out

And maybe one of the most important reasons?

I wanted to give other talented VAs the opportunity to gain experience, build confidence, and work with clients they love.
